Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Deasy Solution, we value our clients and strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing and studio production services. Because of the nature of our work, the time invested, and the immediate allocation of resources, we have established a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Marketing & Web Development Services (No Refund Policy) As we maintain high interactions with our clients and carry out the entire process with their ongoing approval, there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. Once a payment is made and your bill/invoice is generated, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, or adjusted, as the project is promptly sent for processing. Changes in personal preferences, business directions, or delays on the client’s end cannot serve as a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

2. In-House Studio Bookings & Consultations Payments or advance deposits made for booking our in-house studio, video shoots, or podcasting sessions are strictly non-refundable. However, we do allow rescheduling. A rescheduling request must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide a 48-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.

3. Cancellation of Ongoing Services For ongoing monthly retainers (such as SEO, Social Media Management, or Ad Management), clients may cancel or terminate the agreement by providing a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current active month, and the client remains liable to pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

4. Authorised Payments & Fraud Protection All payments for services must be made strictly in favour of “Deasy Solution” through our standard, authorised payment modes (Official Bank Transfer, UPI, or designated Payment Gateways).

We have not authorised any individual, employee, or third-party organisation to collect payments in any other name, nor via personal Western Union, personal UPI, or personal PayPal accounts. You are hereby notified that Deasy Solution shall not be held liable for any damages or financial losses caused to your business by fraudulent individuals or organisations under any circumstances.

If someone or a group of people attempts to deceive you or requests a personal payment on our behalf, please get in touch with our official support team right away to safeguard your interests.
